Timothy Haas has over two decades of compensation related experience. He has the experience and the knowledge to address human resources issues from the complex corporate environment to the smaller organization. His background includes employment in entertainment, health care and financial services industries; as well as consulting with health care providers, utilities, universities, municipalities and consumer products companies.

He is skilled at collaborating with organizations to establish strategic direction and successful implementation of their human resource needs based on collecting and analyzing data to ensure broad-based organization support and adherence.

He has extensive experience in designing, developing and implementing salary and incentive programs; policy and procedures; industry standard job descriptions; performing market based analysis; and system conversions.

Mr. Haas is currently on the Board of Directors for the Atlanta Area Compensation Association (AACA).  Mr. Haas was a former President of the Los Angeles Compensation and Benefits Association (LACABA) and prior member of Orange County Compensation and Benefit Association (OCCABA).
